Ordering Information
To order a piece of art pottery or
tile from our website, first call (608) 255-2744, or email me at: eric.olson62@gmail.com to make sure the item is still
in stock. We try to keep the website up to date, but it is best to check
first.
- If you are paying with a credit card, we can make the transaction over the
phone, and I will ship the order.
- If paying with check or money order, I will reserve the piece for you for
10 days, or until payment is received in the mail. Then I will ship
the order. If payment is not received within 10 days, the reservation
is considered expired, and the item will again be offered for sale.
We usually ship US Postal Service (USPS) within 48 hours if the item you want is in
stock. If we have to make the pottery for your order, it could take up to 4
months for another firing to take place, and your piece to be finished. We ask
that you please be patient, since we make all of the pieces one-at-a-time.
We pack shipments so they make it to the customer unharmed, but accidents do
happen, so we always insure every shipment.

PLEASE NOTE, POSTAGE RATES HAVE
INCREASED AS OF MAY 14, 2007. BECAUSE OF THIS WE HAVE HAD TO INCREASE OUR
SHIPPING COSTS BY $2.00

-Pieces up to $300 in
cost...................................$20.00
-Pieces $300--$600 in
cost..................................$30.00

$600..............................................Please call.
We ship by wrapping the
pottery in bubble wrap, then they are packed in foam
peanuts inside a box. That box is then packed with peanuts inside a larger
box. It costs us more to ship this way, but we feel it is worth it, since
we seldom have breakage.
