Tiles Unless noted, all tiles are approximately 8" x 8" x 3/8" thick. Please note, my tiles are hand-cut from slabs of clay that I roll on a slab roller. They are not perfectly square, or perfectly flat, but they are close. These are the characteristics of handmade tiles. The frames are solid, quarter sawn, White Oak, made by Dard Hunter Studios. They are beveled inward toward the tile at the corners. The finish is similar to Arts and Crafts finishes on antique furniture, and the color will tend to get richer with time.
