Service Description
Ready to take your wheel skills further? This four-week intermediate series is built for potters who feel comfortable with the basics and are ready to refine their technique, improve consistency, and start creating more intentional forms. Over four weeks, we’ll focus on: • Refining taller, more even cylinders • Exploring vase forms and intermediate shape variations • Improving control over wall thickness and form • Introduction to trimming for cleaner, more finished pieces • Building consistency and confidence at the wheel This class is hands on and technique focused, with space to experiment while strengthening your foundation. Prerequisites: *This is not a beginner class. To join, you should: • Be able to comfortably throw and pull cylinders 8 inches or taller. • Have a well-rounded understanding of centering, opening, pulling walls, and form shaping. • Be able to create simple vase forms on the wheel • Be able to center clay consistently. • Have basic familiarity with trimming.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling must be completed by contacting us 7 days prior for any Private Events, Workshops or 4 week series. Cancellations and rescheduling will not be possible without a minimum of 7 day notice. Rescheduling is limited to one time per series or workshop, and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional reschedule requests cannot be accommodated, and the series or workshop will be considered nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
